My father in law bought a new Quest 3. I also decided to get a new one. He sent me his referral link and I clicked on it. It prompted me to create an account and download the app. Then I received my Quest 3 and I fully set it up. I did not receive any balance (60 euros!) and neither did he. Now I clicked on his link again and it prompted me to 'Activate' it, which I assumed it had done before, but probably did not. I hit the activate button and it failed because I had already set up the Quest. Is there any way we can resolve this?
