When I added the Quest 3 into purchase cart on the website ,I also add-on the game Beat Saber. It shows shipped . I got my Quest 3 today, everything was set. Then I received the email for redeeming Asgard’s Wrath 2. But I just can’t find Beat Saber in my Quest 3 , nor a email for redeeming it. How could I got my Beat Saber? Thanks.

I've raised a support ticket with Meta on their WhatsApp chat, they're aware of the problem and are going to get back to me within a day or two. My suggestion to anyone reading would be to do the same; I'll post an update when I have it.

Any luck with getting this resolved? I have the same issue. Did live chat on 12/14 for 20 minutes for them to tell me their engineers are working on this. A week later and still no resolve.
