Didnt receive money back or the game

I tried to purchase a game on the meta app for my Meta Quest 3 but i didnt authenticate it with the app and the purchase went to pending on my banking app, i then waited three days for it to clear so i could get my money back or have the money taken and i receive the game however none of these things happened and i have now lost my money without getting the game.

Has the money actually cleared and left your bank account? if it's still pending it will likely just time out and disappear in a few days
