Are different users offered different demos and trials?
I only ask as my mate played a demo of Ragnarok on his Quest 3 yet I wasn't offered the same demo.

I have just googled this issue and it seems that there are many users that also experience this issue.
Are you looking into getting this issue fixed as it seems to have been happening for some time now?

Hey there, @The_Hanz76. We certainly want our users to be able to demo games they might want in the future. The way you would search for a specific demo would just be to search "demo" in the Meta game store. Sometimes the developer will pull the demo for different reasons. Right now, it does appear that RagnaRock does not have a demo available. It might be that your friend still has the demo from before it became unavailable for download.
