I ran into an issue setting a Quest 2 device into Developer Mode.
Here's the main information:
- I set up a new Oculus Developer Organization and verified it with two-factor authentication
- I successfully added another Meta account as a developer to the Oculus Developer Organization
- When I signed in to the MetaQuest mobile app with the Meta account on the headset, and went to Devices > Headset Settings > then Developer Mode, I did not see the toggle to turn on Developer Mode
Any suggestions to overcome this issue?
My thoughts for next steps are the following:
- Do a hard close then re-open the MetaQuest mobile app
- Check to make sure the headset is on the latest Oculus OS system and try again
Any other suggestions or insights you may have that would help get the devices into Developer Mode would be appreciated.
