DirectToRift doesn't run? -force-d3d11 fix

I found most of the demos *.DirectToRift.exe doesn't start.

Just make a .bat file and add *_DirectToRift -force-d3d11 fixed the issue for me on several demos.

Many of the demos worked for me. I'm on Windows 8.1, what version of windows are you on?
