Disabled Child Account

Good Morning, 

I am trying to get help with a child account which has been disabled. Going by others, the advice was to send a PM to @MetaQuestSupport  which I did 48 hrs ago. I have still not had any response. Is this expected or has my message been missed? Hoping to resolve my child’s account issues on time for Easter school holidays as he is now unable to play on his VR.
