Hello my Instagram account was hacked and because it was connected to my Facebook account Facebook disabled my Facebook page. The hacker added their account to my Instagram account and per Facebook the added account violated community guidelines so they disabled my Facebook page. When I try to login to my Facebook page I receive this message:
Your Facebook account was suspended because your Instagram account rmaria_dreyj5629 doesn't follow our rules.
You have 178 days left to appeal. Log into your linked Instagram account to appeal our decision.
That is not my Instagram account and I do not have access to that account. I am unable to file an appeal on my actual Instagram account and I'm unable to file an appeal on my Facebook page. What should I do?
