On December 3rd, I was hacked, and my Instagram account was disabled. I created a verified Facebook/Meta account to contact support, but they haven’t responded or fixed the issue. It has been two months since I appealed, and I’ve been trying to recover it since I run Meta ads for my business. It was hacked and disabled while I was asleep. How can I get it back? Can anyone actually help? When I go onto my Instagram app, it says, "You submitted an appeal on December 3rd, 2024. It usually takes just over a day", but it has been 2 months...

We can help with Meta Quest related issues but unfortunately we lack the ability to assist with Instagram account issues.
