My Instagram account was disabled on April 10th right after I received over 50 random/spam messages. I believe this triggered an automatic action by mistake.
There was no option to appeal the decision. I also requested to download my data 9 days ago, but I haven’t received anything yet.
Please help me recover my account or at least access my content.
