Disabled Instagram account

Hello, my Instagram account was recently deactivated, and I’m not sure why. I believe this may have been a mistake, and I would really appreciate any help in what steps I can take to recover my account. Please let me know what information you need from me to move forward. Thank you.

We’re sorry to hear you are having issues with your Instagram account, however as community managers we aren’t able to assist you with this directly.

We can help with Quest related issues but unfortunately we lack the ability to assist with Instagram account issues.

For disabled or banned accounts the best place to get help is here.
