I am writing to seek assistance regarding a payment issue on my Meta account.

 

Since last year, I encountered trouble with an ongoing ad, which led me to remove my payment method. However, when I attempted to re-add the payment method to resume running ads, the process didn’t go through successfully.

I would appreciate your guidance in resolving this issue so I can continue using Instagram ads effectively. I am confident that a thorough review of my account activity will demonstrate that I have not violated any payment policies.

When it comes to Instagram accounts, we are unable to help you further through this support channel, as we at Meta Quest Support are only able to handle queries and provide support for Meta Store products or Meta accounts.

 

For Instagram accounts, we cannot help you through this support channel as we at Meta Quest Support can only answer questions and provide support for Meta Store products or Meta accounts. We suggest that you take a look at our Instagram Help Centre for further advice.
