Disabled your account - Not able use a meta VR

I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I'm trying anyway. I don't know how it happened but my facebook account has been deactivated. I was away from facebook for a very long time and chose to reactivate the account. But then it only took a few days before I was told to identify myself with a camera. I did that as best I could. Then 2 more days passed and my account was deactivated. Now that I want to buy an Oculus VR I can probably just forget about it since it's completely impossible to get help to fix this. I honestly don't know why or how this could happen.
 
Dear Meta, how am I supposed to fix this? There is no one I can contact to ask, call, send an email or open a ticket...
 
I've been trying for weeks on facebook helpcenter but it's a going around in an evil circle never actually getting anywhere.
 
For God's sake, can someone explain to me how to get help and get my account back ? I've also tried to make a new account, but it instantly get banned. I also don't want to make an account in a fake name, I want to be mine 100%.

We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Facebook account however we here on the community forums can’t assist you with this directly.

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.

For disabled or banned accounts, the best place to go to get help is here.

 

We will let Quest CS know about the situation you are going through. 

We will be closing this thread since there’s nothing else we can do to help.

A few things...

  1. Read what the message you posted said (what you pasted at the bottom). Your life on Facebook is done. It's over. Unless you want to get a lawyer to challenge the decision.
  2. This isn’t the place to ask about Facebook. This is a Meta forum for questions, support and chat about Quest and VR. No one here, including the people that work for Meta, have any connection to the Facebook part of the company. They can't help you. Having trouble with a Facebook or Instagram account? The best place to go for help with those accounts is the Facebook Help Center or the Instagram Help Center. This community can't help with those accounts.
  3. And last but not least. You don't need a Facebook account if you want to get a quest! You just set up a Meta account that is completely independent of Facebook, Instagram, etc. Make sure you don't try to connect your old Facebook account, or any new Facebook accounts, to the Meta account.
