Hi there, while playing any game my headset goes blank and then shows the boundary parameter and comes back to the game again. During this time the controllers disconnect. It also happens sometimes when I am in a vr environment. Its goes into walk through and then vr environment. Sometimes when it comes back into the vr environment there is no sound and no menu and also the controllers are not connected but upon adjusting the headset a little it starts to work again. I have done the reboot and factory reset so please don't ask me to do that as meta only suggests this to any problem. I have changed the headsets 3 times. This is my 4th headset. I cannot believe for a hefty price tag this product is so buggy. I need a proper resolution to this issue as its ruining my vr experience.
