My kids all got one for Christmas. So there's 4 VR headset sets now. I want to know is there a way to link them together so I don't have to buy games for each individual headset?

Possibly.
Typically you would create a supervised child account if you had one kid.
For four, I can only assume you could create four child accounts and have apps shared from the main account.
The normal behavior is that you can only turn on app sharing for one account on one headset. Not sure if the parent/child set up circumvents that rule.
Also, make sure you do a referral code. Free $70 voucher for quest games. If you do 4 different accounts, that’s 70 for each.

App sharing only works on one headset, so that's not an option for 4 of them.
There's basically two ways to go with 4 headsets:
1 - Put the same account on all four. This means all headsets will have the same games, you only buy the game once. BUT, it means everybody has the same name and cloud save progress (like how far through a game you are, your leaderboard scores, your avatar, etc) and they will all overwrite each other and they can't play the same multiplayer game at the same time. (Great solution for a single person with several headsets, not convenient for a family)
2 - Different account on each headset. Everybody now has their own progress, user name, high scores, etc. They also play together in multiplayer games. The downside is you have to buy every game 4 times.
