Dont have settings,library,shop

Hi i have problem i dont have a settings,shop,library i cant see them i tried restart gogles and nothing i tried click meta button and nothing please help!!!

So all good becauae i do factory reset

Do a factory reset, It will send you back to how you first opened it, but you can just log back in and get everything back. It should give you these. If it doesnt, try going to apps and then find those apps and click on them and it should start downloading them. Try this option before a factory reset so you dont just waste time.
