Hello everyone
Please, I need your help. This is my third meta quest 3. Each one has its own problems. This time there is a double vision -text can be seen up and down, especially white text or image on a black background. It’s very noticeable on the left lens, while the other is fine despite the glare and ghosting. I don’t know what to do and if I should return this as well .meta has the worst quality control. Does anyone have the same issue ? tries everything restart, rest….etc. nothing changed

Hey @lost.sun1. This definitely isn't the experience we want you to have with your Quest 3! Let's see what we can do to solve this issue and get you back to gaming.
It's possible that you are experiencing display issues that may be fixable by adjusting the IPD (the distance between your pupils) and the lens spacing on your headset. For more information on how to do this, click here.
Let us know how that goes!

Tried the IPD at first nothing changed. Is that normal or what ?because it is only on the left lens and near the lower corner.

1-no . It’s there from the first starting up the device
2-no nothing happened just got my third device
3-always there alway happening
4-restarting ,resting to factory settings, IPD and wiping the lens with microfiber
5-it appears doubled image , or text on one lens near the lower corner especially if the background is black and the image or text is white -attached a photo as an example
is it normal , dose it fade or worsen with time ?

We really appreciate that additional information, @lost.sun1! While double vision is not normal, lens glare is a normal effect caused by the Fresnel lenses. It can vary between headsets and users and is most apparent when there is a light-colored object on a dark background.
It looks like your photo didn't come through. If you would try to send that photo again, it would really help us get a good look at what you're seeing. Can you also let us know if you are wearing glasses while using your headset?
