hello, my name is antonio

I'm having some problems with internal downloads in the quest, the most frequent problem that is happening today is to download the game "blade and sorcery", the download rate is low and it reaches a point where it stops
I already checked my internet, it's ok all networks were not supposed to happen, I needed to reset my factory quest to test if it will work, if anyone has any knowledge and can help me, this problem is haunting me a little
