Downloading from VR website to allow playing at higher resolution

This may be an issue with a particular VR website but what I am trying to do is download at higher resolution and then play once saved .  This is because my network connection is limited at busy times and 8K is not possible.

Any suggestions most welcome but in the Quest 3 browser there is no button to save downloads that I can find.  Please help.

The easiest way may be to download on a PC. The browser addon Video Download Helper can handle a lot of sites that don't want you to download from them, and choose the resolution if several are available.

Then you can either copy the file onto your quest 3, or keep it on the PC and use a video player like Skybox VR, which can play from network drives.
