You can find that article here. To Sum it up, Oculus supports cross compatibility fully. Not all games are cross compatible as it is dependent on the developer of the game whether or not it will be cross compatible.
To find whether a game is cross compatible or not, scroll down to the about section of a game on the Oculus store and if it says "Supported on Oculus Quest 2, Rift/Rift S, Oculus Go" then it is cross compatible with all listed devices.
