Dreadful refurbished units!!

I had a fully functioning Oculus Quest 2 in mint condition that I primarily used for my flight simulator. After a software update it just couldn't run the sim smoothly so I contacted Oculus who insisted that I return my headset to them and they would send a replacement. The first replacement arrived and was no better so I was told to return it for another replacement.  The second arrived with completely scratched lenses. I had to return again, the replacement again had completely scratched lenses, Returned again and same problem. Another headset has now arrived with 2 bright dead pixels in the right lens. It's an absolute joke! I cannot get a complaint escalated beyond a useless chat and another returns process. Their guarantee isn't worth the paper It's written on when they send out below par replacement equipment. I have not had a useable Oculus since February when this began and quite honestly I wouldn't recommend anybody to ever purchase a refurbished unit from them as I find it impossible to believe they have ever had anything done to them! Has anyone else had a similar issue or can anyone offer me any advice? I am beyond frustrated and just want to be able to complain to somebody at Oculus who can actually do something useful. The people who work at Oculus Support are always overly polite in a chat but can't do anything other than send me a returns label and I feel that I am stuck in an eternal returns loop. It really has put me off them as a company and if I can ever get a suitable replacement I am seriously considering selling it on and finding something better.
