Drop Dead Load Issue

So I have a Rift S and for years I played and enjoyed the game Drop Dead...

I just setup my rift again and went to login into Drop Dead but the game on load just crashes and never starts.

I googled everything I could to find a fix this but there just wasn't much (I tried the openssl env var solution).

I am just a dude that wanted to login and shoot some zombies ...

Hello there, @BurgelFloogah. We noticed you're having some trouble playing your game, Drop Dead, recently. Is this issue only happening with this game, or do you have other games crashing as well? Please make sure your PC app is up-to-date with your graphics card drivers. If you're still having trouble, please let us know.

I am a systems engineer for a living … just saying that because I have done everything standard to resolve this issue….i click the game in the headset … it thinks about it … it goes back to the oculus main screen… its the only game that does this and it atarted about 6-10 months ago i send the bug reports and all
