Hey there! We understand you're having some trouble with multiplayer for Drop Dead. Can you tell us if this is only happening with this title or is it happening with others?

@divadash Hmm. If it seems to be just the one app, you might want to hit up their developers since it could be something on their end. 

 

If you're having some multiplayer issues with several/all apps I'd recommend the following:

 

  1. Unplug then re-plug your router
  2. Try with a different network (Hotspot, cell data, etc.)
  3. Reboot your headset:
    1. Turn off the headset.
    2. Hold the Power and Volume Down (-) buttons together until the menu loads. 
    3. Use the Volume Buttons to highlight Boot Device and press the Power Button.

Any luck with it?? been playing it with my wife coop/multiplayer and everything been great til 2 nights ago.... then no more multiplayer.. have tried every way possible to reach out to Soulassembly but nothing.. i have been able to get a couple scripted responses on discord.. but nothing.. went ahead and returned/canceled my cabin purchase since their cust service is so horrible, dont want to waste my money ... unless they fix this issue, i will not buy anything from them and will make sure to complain on every platform...
