I can pair the Dual-HRM and is all appears to be working but no heartrate shows up in the overlay. I have tried restarting and pairing and unpairing in every way possible through the move app and through the quest 2 settings but nothing works. The only way I was able to get it to work was by clearing all my data in the move app, as I saw worked for another user wrote on this forum. This caused me to lose weeks of data and then as that user said as soon as I restarted the quest my heartrate readout disappeared again. I don't really want to lose my data again so currently unable to use my heartrate monitor I just bought for using with the quest which is a bit annoying. Since the monitor works fine when I clear the data it seems like it should be something to do with the move app failing to display it.
Additionally if this problem is able to be fixed would be great to get a bit more data about heartrate over time in the move app besides just as immediate biofeedback.
We understand from your message that you are having some problems with the overlay as it is not showing your heart rate. We see that you have done some steps yourself already to get this resolved but this let to the loss of your data.
There are a few things to check if you have not already is to see if this feature was set up with the initial setup. Go back to the Move app and go to Settings here you should see the option to set the In-Game Overlay to Top or Bottom of your screen.
No, this doesn't help. I have my overlay set at top of the screen and can see it no problem. The heart rate number just isn't on it even though it says in both the quest settings and in the move app that my heart rate monitor is paired and working correctly. No heart rate read out shows up on my overlay. As mentioned when I deleted all my move app data and then paired the heart rate monitor it showed up again in my overlay but then the next time used my quest the heart rate was gone from my overlay again and I have been unable to get it to show up again and I don't want to delete me data again so I'm not trying the delete data method which worked before!
Yes the overlay is set up but the heart rate information will not appear on it even thought my heart rate monitor is paired with the quest and the move app tells me I should be getting a heart rate read out.
