Duplicated and Blurry Objects on Right Side of Meta Quest 3

Hello, everyone,

I've encountered an issue with my Meta Quest 3 VR headset that I'm hoping to get some advice on. On the right side of the display, objects appear duplicated and blurry. Especially in high-contrast environments.

This issue is isolated to the right side of the headset only. I will attach an image to this post to demonstrate what I'm experiencing. I drew this by myself, so this is not 100% accurate.

So far, I've attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:

  • Cleaning the lenses with a microfiber cloth.
  • Restarting the headset several times.
  • Checking for and installing any software updates.

I haven't dropped or damaged the headset in any way, and this issue was there from the beginning (bought the headset 1 month ago). I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar problem or if there are any recommended steps I could take to resolve this.

Hello! I factory reset my device, and I am still having this experience.
The European customer service contacted me and offered to replace the device with an overhauled one (which is not so nice, as I have owned this headset for less than two months).
