I cannot purchase with my Debit Card Meta Pay, Quest Cash, or Gift Card. I can’t resubscribe to my Quest+. Every time I try I get the same error. I’ve removed my card and added it back. I’ve tried different payment methods. My bank says it’s Meta and not them. I’ve unlinked my Meta Horizon from my Facebook and Meta Pay and that didn’t work, so I just re-linked them. I get the same error no matter what device, browser, or internet I use. I’ve updated my personal information on Meta Accounts too. Every device in my household (separate accounts) is having the same error now. I’ve contacted support multiple times since February 2025 and now I’m not getting any responses and issue still not resolved. I want to be able to use the devices I’ve purchased fully!

I'm having similar issues. I've been told multiple times you purchaces should work now. Please just give it 24 hours. We need an alternative to meta pay. My timestamps from paypal are a day into the future. I could purchase items previously. I've been checking through each meta account for misspellings etc. Eve had this issue from day one. first card let me buy 1 thing then stopped working. Second card the same. Paypal the same. It's very frustrating to enter your info over and over. Im fairly certain there is a lack of communication bw different branches of meta. Why would it take 24 hours for a new setting to take effect. I think it's just a way to put it on someone else, or maybe someone hopes it would resolve itself. What good is a console if you cant purchase games. Very disappointing

I have been troubled by this issue for a month, and Meta has not resolved it. Many of my friends have also encountered this problem.

When you encounter this issue, you won’t know the reason behind it. However, if you persist in contacting Meta customer support, with some luck, it might take around a month and more than 30 emails back and forth to get temporarily unlocked.
But if you're not so lucky, it could take over a year to resolve.
I’ve been dealing with this for over three weeks now, with no progress at all. Every day, I see the money in my account, but I can't buy any games.

I tested the purchase yesterday, and it went through normally. I just tested it again, and although an error occurred, the purchase was successful. That’s great!

I didn’t do anything; I just waited for Meta to support backend processing.

i have the same problem , cannot purchase any apps on Meta Horizon app or website , and unable to understand why , please some one share if it got fixed

I just tried again and still having the issue. I’ve been back and forth with Support and checking my account everyday. The last email I got (for the 3rd time) was they’ve made changes to my account - wait 24 hrs to see changes. Still no changes, sadly.
