ERROR when purchasing - “Request Not Completed” Meta Support will not email me back.

I cannot purchase with my Debit Card Meta Pay, Quest Cash, or Gift Card. I can’t resubscribe to my Quest+. Every time I try I get the same error. I’ve removed my card and added it back. I’ve tried different payment methods. My bank says it’s Meta and not them. I’ve unlinked my Meta Horizon from my Facebook and Meta Pay and that didn’t work, so I just re-linked them. I get the same error no matter what device, browser, or internet I use. I’ve updated my personal information on Meta Accounts too. Every device in my household (separate accounts) is having the same error now. I’ve contacted support multiple times since February 2025 and now I’m not getting any responses and issue still not resolved. I want to be able to use the devices I’ve purchased fully!

I’ve had this exact problem well over a month and I’ve been emailing daily and using chat and they keep saying it’s fixed and wait 24hrs but it never is.  Now they’re saying it’s been escalated and they’ll let me know if they hear anything from engineers. They say to just keep trying every day.  I’ve tried 5 different payment methods.  I’ve tried doing it from different devices and different IP addresses.  I’ve tried creating a new account and factory resetting while using an unrelated credit card.  I’ve tried having people purchase and ‘gift’ to my account.  Same error code everyone here is getting, no matter what I do.  Every account.  
I just bought the VR and it’s useless I can’t buy anything to play.

Please let me know if anyone finds a fix or a way to get support to fix.

My account got “fixed” twice already. The first time after waiting over a month, it worked for less than 2 weeks and locked again. Then they fixed it again and my account is now locked in less than 24 hours of them “fixing” it and after making one in app purchase for $1.99. I’m so fed up with this. Both times they did gift me store credit for the inconvenience but after I buy something my account gets locked, so I’ve just been having Quest Cash sitting in my account and not able to make any purchases.
