Just downladed the app. Interface in the game works great. See everything, hear everything. The app then wants me to download the various videos. I do so. Once you hit play it says the video is playing but the player never leaves 0:00. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the videos. Tried different videos within the app. Same issue.

It was mentioned deleting and reinstalling the videos, and we want to make sure these steps were taken to do so, here.
Are any other apps on the device having issues loading videos?
Has a new Wi-Fi network or hotspot been tested with the device?
Is the headset running the latest software version? If unsure, please check here.
