I ended up having to create a new account, which has been a pain.
They don't even let you use parental controls properly.
They need to have an option where you can block all new game and app installs until approved.
Instead They allow "age appropriate" games, but the age appropriate part is determined by them and not the parent.
They have games and apps that are listed E, for everyone that have social interactions and content that children should not be exposed to or involved in.. When these should not be rated E.
It's almost as if they are promoting and forcing children to meet with child predators...
