Hi Not long purchased Eleven Table Tennis for my Quest 2 and experiencing several annoying problems.
1. Multiplayer is constantly grayed out. 2. The Notification Bell icon on the main game menu bar is always greyed out. 3. I cannot edit my profile/username which was not recognised by the game, because it is displayed as ‘Player’ If I change it to my correct username then I cannot proceed any further? I click on Next but nothing happens and the only way to continue is to call myself Player??
This is driving me bonkers as I want to play a match with a friend.
FYI I have already tried uninstalling the game and re-installing it to no avail. I have also disconnected from my WiFi and reconnected but no joy there either
really hoping someone can help me out here as otherwise I feel I have wasted my money purchasing Eleven Table Tennis as I bought it to play matches with my friends

We understand it can be a frustrating experience if the gameplay isn't up to standard you had hoped for.
To gain more clarity on the situation, is it only on Eleven Table Tennis that you are experiencing these issues?
If so, please submit a bug report to the game developer so they are aware of the issue. If not, please get back in contact with us again.
