Elite Dangerous Odyssey help

I simply want to know if i bought elite dangerous horizons on the oculus app and i see that i have a "oculus rift" key on my account on the frontier store, where do i buy the expansion so it will work with the version i already have? I don't care that the new expansion doesn't have VR support, i just simply do not want to buy this expansion just to find out it won't work, i have looked around but can't find any straight answers for this, Do i simply have to buy the entire game on another service like steam or what?

Hey CMDR,

If you buy Odyssey from the Frontier store, the Oculus ED launcher should be able to detect it.
