Hi,
I’ve been using my Quest 2 with the Elite Strap with Battery for the past two months, but it recently stopped working. At first, I thought the issue was with the strap itself, so I returned it to Amazon and got a replacement. However, to my surprise, the new strap is also not working.
Could this be related to a software update? My Quest 2’s internal battery is quite old and only lasts about 45 minutes.
Do you have any suggestions for resolving this issue before I consider returning the replacement Elite Strap to Amazon?
