I own the Meta Oculus 2 and recently added the Elite strap with Battery. I've noticed that the I now must max out the volume, and even at that, it just isn't very loud. Is this the way it is supposed to be with the Elite? I don't want to add headphones. I just want the great sound that I had when the original strap was on. Hope can just swapping out the strap degrade the sound function so much? If I cup my ears, the sound is great. I don't understand.
Hey @ib_anouk! We see your having some trouble with your headset audio quality not being as loud when you attached the Elite Strap with Battery. We have a few troubleshooting steps we'd like to give you. Please try the following steps:
Reboot the headset.
- With your headset on and powered on, press and hold the power button on the right side of your headset until you see the Power off screen.
- Select Restart. Your headset will turn off and then turn back on.
