I bought a defective Elite Strap with Battery and Meta just keeps stalling me on warranty service - no resolution so far going on 3 months. Class action lawsuit, anyone?
The 3 does have a known issues which is caused by a bug in the software. Unfortunately straps with this issue cannot be fixed and Meta has launched a replacement service.
Easiest way is to return the strap from where it was purchased. Alternatively, check your emails for a message from Meta regarding the strap replacement programme. There will be a link where you upload your serial number.
Failing those, head on over to our support page and log a ticket.
