Hi, i recently got a meta quest 2 and bought an elite strap with battery at a local shop (January 7 2023) and I've been using it like 1h a day for like 3 day and now the rear wheel used to tighten it up has randomly stopped clicking so now it’s just always loose and i cant use it anymore.
Should i return it to the local shop and ask for a replacement or is it a common problem?
I really enjoyed playing it and i want help to be able to play it as soon as possible🙏.

Try getting a replacement from the store you bought it from first. If they can’t help you contact meta support. I’ve had an elite strap with battery for over a year and it still works great. Remember to loosen it before putting it on and off.
