Hello, I let my daughter download EliteBoxer to allow her to try the game for the week free trial. Before the trial ended, she uninstalled the game on her headset.
I did not realise where the in subscription button was in the Oculus app and £134.84 was pulled out of my PayPal account. my daughter was never that found of the game and I could potentially buy her more games for the money.
Sadly, it is her birthday later this month and it will affect her present … EliteBoxer is not the games she wants. Can you please help? There seems to be a catch and a one week trial is not good but it seems a catch to allow for higher charges for games.
can you please let me know if anything can be done?
