Email and notification issue for the Community Forums

Somehow forum notifications aren't working properly anymore since yesterday.
Not by email and not the notifications here in the forum either.

I happened to see that a user replied to a post I made but I don't have that in my mail or notifications.

It's not that I don't get any mail from the forum...but not all the ones I should, I think, I missed a lot☹️
Is that only me?

Hi @Choleni ,  I had both email and notifications this afternoon. So I'm not sure what's going on.

And I am one of these persons who always thinking.... it came itself, so maybe it will also fix itself.😅

Hey @Choleni! I've noticed the same thing about the emails and notifications. I can reach out to the other admins to see if this can be looked into.

It's hard to react to someones answer if you didn't even know about that😂

No worries, @Choleni! 😂 I actually heard back about this, and it looks like this seems to be intermittent, so it's likely not a settings issue. I'll follow up when I hear more!

Hey hey! Following up on this on behalf of @The_1st_Dark_Lord_Morgoth. I got a bit of an update to share. The issue with the notification services is being looked into further by the engineering team!

It's kind of a "no update" update, but I wanted to be as transparent as I can since I know how much we all depend on those notifications!

Big surprise....I had this post in my mails and in notifications. 😂
It's just not reliable anymore.....I never know what's coming through and how many posts are lost.

I hate it and really hope this goes back to normal soon.
