Emerging Issue - Unable to log into Oculus App after Meta Account Merge

TheHighlander71

Hello,

I am on Windows 10, I have an Oculus RiftS and the Oculus PC application.

I have just updated my Oculus account to a Meta account.

When I log in to my Oculus app I get the message in the title:

"You're using a version of this app that's no longer supported. Download the latest version to continue."

There's no download link and I don't know how to continue. I cannot use my Oculus Rift S at the moment.

As of two days ago, the 2 Quest headseats that I have used with my Window 10 PC for two years, have stopped being able to link. Won't link by cable or air. Have reinstalled headset, phone, and desktop (PC) Quest code without success. I can see the headset from my PC, the PC app says connected. My phone sees the headset and provide full info on headset status, like battery charge. SideQuest and read and write files and APKs. But when I try to "link" a notification pops up and says headset not found. The notification gives a link for debugging info, but that link takes me to a Rift debugging page.  How can I get the link working again?

Did this start after you had to update Oculus?

I don't remember the exact sequence, but I had both a Quest headset update, and a Windows 10 update, sometime in the last 2 week.

It was in August last I had a headset update, then I had issues, but recently I had an Oculus update with no issues
