Hello,
I am on Windows 10, I have an Oculus RiftS and the Oculus PC application.
I have just updated my Oculus account to a Meta account.
When I log in to my Oculus app I get the message in the title:
"You're using a version of this app that's no longer supported. Download the latest version to continue."
There's no download link and I don't know how to continue. I cannot use my Oculus Rift S at the moment.

What if you don’t use Plume networks - is there any other place settings can be changed?

IMight404 I have:
- logged out of all Facebook on devices
- deleted oculus app on iPhone and reinstalled
- deleted the device from my account and setup as new
Still get the Rift white grid screen with prompt to "Please login. It looks like you are not logged in to Oculus. To continue, please remove your headset and login to continue"
I also tried to add a new user to the device using the iOS app and it reads success on the app and error on the Quest so I cannot add a new user and try.
I also tried clearing the app data in the com.oculus.ocs file using sidequest and still get the login prompt.
This occurred after the recent squaredance of FB, Occ, and Meta account linkings; probably a permissions error- but sheeeesh!
The device connects and is active in ODH on my PC running Win 11 home.
I can send a log if you like, but I see this error repeating :
7504 7577 E OsSdk : Couldn't find ControllerInput version 3eb

Have a similar problem - the app tells me to update my Quest 2 and my controllers won't connect. Stuck in that stupid loop.

Check your wifi and router software - maybe there are some restricted settings that you can open up temporarily.

I switched To a meta account as well However now my headset asks me for a code I have to put in from a meta website connected to my account. I assume it's connected because it Is automatically logs me in. So the codes I enter keeps coming up with an error and won't connect my headset to my app. I've done this over and over and I get the same results. Can someone please help?

I Had chat online today Saturday 27th August 2022 with Meta Support.
"we've received an update from our engineering team that this is error is due to gradually rolling out of the new Meta accounts in phases, and we may not have gotten to you yet, please wait"
( I asked how long )
"We don't have an specific time frame for that. We ask for your patience while our team work on this for you."
Hope this helps - anyone else had same issue ? - how long did it take to resolve ?

Yeah, i was talking to Oculus Support too they said the same. But i really don't get it why my controllers won't connect to the device. How can it be for a multi-billion company that you can't update your device. Just frustrating that i now have to wait for what? days, weeks?

Dude! You hit the nail on the head! Always signing in errors and when you finally get in (which hasn’t been recent) the next time you log on, you have to go through it all over again. I’m about to trash this oculus system and go back to PS. They make it so complicated. PlayStation is smooth as butter.

every time I reboot my quest2 or connect airlink, it ask me to "setup my meta account or check the improtant update o"(I am not using english os, just something like that), I login my meta account, everything is fine and the message still display on my headset, I can't use the airlink anymore.
WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?
