I am writing to inquire about my Chat History Restoration. Last April 14, 2025 at 2 PM, I experienced having issues with my Chat History because of the End-to-End Encryption and I'm hoping to get some clarification.😊
This all happened because my Messenger was bugging(I also wanted to explain what type of bug was happening but I couldn't remember it very well), so I thought to fix the bug I just needed to uninstall the app. When I reinstalled it and opened it Messenger asked me if I wanted to restore my Chat History. But there were only to options: it's either I use a pin(which by the way I didn't have until that day Messenger asked me if I wanted to restore my Chat History with a pin) or I continue without the Chat History. I didn't want to continue without the Chat History so I pick the pin thinking it would restore... but it didn't work...☹️ None got restored unfortunately. I did everything I could, I tried everything, I checked if my Messenger chats were backing up to my Google Drive and it said the last time it was backed up was March 29, 2025. I tried everything I could, I also requested a copy of everything to the Account Center but when it was approved and processed the things inside the files was the same as the one I have when the chats didn't get restored...😕
Could you please help me restore all of my Chat History as it's very important to me and I am very sentimental when it comes to those things.😞

They never responded to any of my reports.🥲 And when I would try to send them an email, it would say that their inbox is full.
Also, if I may correct, I'm having problems with my End-to-end Encryption(CHAT HISTORY RESTORATION).🥲
Please, I really really want to get those Chat History back. ☹️ It's still frustrating me that I couldn't get it back, hehe.
