My epic Rollercoaster game froze during installation. I have tried all of the troubleshooting recommended with the exception of factory reset. I don't want to lose all of my level progress in my games, so I don't want to have to do a factory reset. Meta support sent me an email asking for a log, but I have no idea and don't understand how to do that. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?
