Error: Couldn't Calculate tax on your order. Please check your billing and shipping address and try again later

I don't know what to do, I've tried to buy elite dangerous and got this error, I also tried other games and still doesnt work. I also tried a different credit card and same message pops up. No one else seems to be having this problem please help.

i found the same issue today when i tried to buy Chronos from the sale. A couple days ago, maybe three, i got the Grand Canyon experience with no issues. Please help!

even though this probably wont solve it, I just noticed i havent updated my drivers, so it might be that

WELL s**t, It worked, just run as administrator and update drivers (idk which one)

i tried again today and the problem was solved. Might have been an isolated bug. Hopefully it won't happen again.

I am facing the same issue. My device is Quest. I have registered at Oculus and/or logged in with Facebook, paired my device, inserted a paypal account and an international credit card. But I wasnever asked for my addesss (I live in Brazil). I can download any free game, but whenever I try to buy something, I get that message. Tried tons of times both in the app or using Quest. There are no updates on the device. How may I "update drivers as admin"? Didn't undertand that part. Thanks a lot for any help. Andre

Hello André, did you receive any help about this issue? I am having the same situation and I am also live in Brazil. This problem just began recently, I have many Games from Oculus, however since the last week I am not able to buy anything.

I have already opened a Tiket with Oculus, but so far no one was able to assist me.

Hello André, did you receive any help about this issue? I am having the same situation and I am also live in Brazil. This problem just began recently, I have many Games from Oculus, however since the last week I am not able to buy anything.

I have already opened a Tiket with Oculus, but so far no one was able to assist me. 
 

Relieved to find more people in Brazil with the same issue. Just got my Oculus Quest today, haven't been able to buy any games so far. Tried in every version of the store (web, mobile, windows app), different games, paypal and different credit cards... No success.
