I'm having this same issue as this other thread, but it only happens at random, I'd like to follow these steps on that thread, but I'm scared of losing all my stuff in all my games.

Hey guys! I remember this was an issue some time last year that should have been fixed after an update at the time. Since it looks like this issue is coming back, I would gladly bring this up with the engineering teams so that this can be looked into further. Can you also share some information so I can relay it to the teams?

Hey guys! I wanted to check in and see if you were still having trouble with the "Not enough memory to run" error message. If you still are, please be sure to submit bug reports so our engineering teams can look into this further. Please be sure to be as detailed as possible when you create the reports, as the info can greatly help them. I also recommend sending emails to the support teams. Once you reach out to them, they'll have the tools needed to help with this issue. I hope this info helps!

Hey there, @IAMTHESERGEVOL1! We definitely understand the hesitation to factory reset, and we'd like to do our best to provide some further insight on backing up your headset's data! Before a factory reset, we recommend making sure Cloud Backup is enabled in settings if possible. If you have not gone in and manually disabled Cloud Backup, it should be automatically enabled. For more information on this feature and what specific content is covered by it, please check out this article. The instructions to factory reset your headset are gone over right here as well. This is the next best step we recommend, as it should completely refresh your headset and knock out any potential bugs. Please let us know your results!

I go to download on my meta quest and it says unavailable. I have storage and I live in the US. Also a few of my other apps are stuck in install queued.

I am having the same low memory issue while loading ESPIRE 2. I go through the setup but once I start loading the mixed reality game, I get the low memory error. I am using the Meta Quest 3 512GB with the latest updates.

I am also having this issue on my Quest 3. "Not enough memory" to load the apps.

Hey everyone! I haven't heard back from anyone about this issue, and I wanted to check in and see if you still needed help. If you're still getting the error for not having enough memory in your headset, please share the info that I asked for in the marked solution comment. Once I have this info, I can pass it on to the engineering teams so they can look into it further.

"You'll need more free space to download BONELAB to this meta quest link Library location (12.09GB required). you can manage your locations in settings." I had 13.95GB on that location

100 GB storage free of 128 GB. Meta Quest 3 is the device that's displaying "low memory" for the Healium app when you try to load it. Deleting the app and re-installing it fixed the issue but it's a pain to have to do that. Software version up to date with v66....25. OS SQ3A.......A1. Thanks for troubleshooting this!
