*I WAS ABLE TO FIX THIS* I changed my email address on my meta account and logged out of everything. Afterwards I was able to buy stuff. I hope this helps.
ive had this issue for months and ive gotten 0 help. its freakign annoying becuase ive spent hundreds of dollars on a headset and now i cant even play any games.
