I bought multiple gift cards on my main meta account and gave them to other accounts. The total amount is €225 per account and it is a total of 6 accounts. So it's 2 gift cards of €100,- and 1 of €25,-.
I managed to redeem 1 gift certificate of €100,- on all 6 accounts. When I want to redeem the other gift certificates I get the following message: You can add more Quest money to your Meta Horizon Store balance later. Contact customer service for additional support.
I have sent customer service a message, but all I get back is an AI message saying they are working on it.
Who can help me with this problem, because it involves a lot of money!
