I try to get connected to WiFi with my son’s Oculus. I keep getting an error code that says “Ask a parent for help by Jan. 23 for options” then a clickable banner that says “Generate a new device code”. When I click it, it says “An error occurred, please try again”. I login to the Meta app and online in the account tied to the Oculus but find nothing that helps. I don’t know what to do.
