Hey there @swabian.2024,

Could you please try reinstalling the Quest Link application?

You can download it here. Please try running the 'repair' option from the installer.

i tried to repair - still not working

then uninszall -> reinstall -  always the same error message. i don't know what to do now.

Thanks for trying that out @swabian.2024!

Here is a method that worked for other users:

  1. Copy (rather than move) all of your installed Oculus games/software to a new folder.
  2. In the Oculus Home software:  Settings > General > Edit Library Locations
  3. Click the "Add Location" button, navigate to your new location and select it (click "Select Folder"). At this point, it will scan the folder and show number of installed apps under the column "Apps".
  4. Set the new location as default by clicking the 3 dots on the right and "Make Default"
  5. Select the original location in the list and using the 3 dots, select "Remove From List"

You can find the full thread here. Please note that this thread is from a few years ago, so the exact instructions may not match up with the current version of the Quest PC app. If this doesn't solve your issue, please let us know and we'll get back to you with some next steps.

Sorry its not worikng. First i only tried  to copy the folders in oculus/software  from the C second i tried to copy the folder software from the oculus folder and finally i copied the whole oculus folder to D. Always the same error message:

Unable to find drive from path (1971039)

Meta doesn*t find my harddrive this is the problem ort?

Hey again @swabian.2024,

We appreciate that you have tried the steps mentioned!

From here we'd suggest you to go to diskmgmt.msc and see if the disk drive is basic or dynamic. You can delete the info from your dynamic drive if you do not need it there. Once you do that, you can right click the Disk at the bottom and "convert from dynamic to basic".  Then you can recreate a partition and it will be Basic allowing you to copy.

Again, we'd suggest you yo refer to the thread here.

Do let us know if the issue still persists
