Well hi! Sounds like something funky might be going on, we have a few things we can check and try to get this fixed.
If you haven't already try rebooting your headset and try once more. Check the following to make sure everything is connected:
- Verify your Oculus app (iOS or Android) is logged in to your account
- Make sure your device and headset are both on the same network.
