Error during instalation of oculus app

Hello, 

I have a problem with installing the oculus app. I had it installed previously but needed to reinstall it and everytime I try to install, it goes through to about the middle of installation and then says that it encountered an error.  I removed all files prior to installation, I have enough disk space to install. I partially tried looking on how to solve this on other support threads, but couldn't manage to fix the issue. The oculus setup log should be attached to the bottom, but I think that the most important lines are:

It says that I don't have space when it is downloading 5 gigabytes, says that it needs 9 gb, doesn't download when less than 15 is availiable and I have 20 free. I would be thankful if someone could help.
