I had supervision on this account just so that I could have time limits say. The account had to be reverified for some reason and I accidentally turned off supervision. I tired to add supervision again and it always gives an error. I chatted with support and they said that I had to use a brand new account to supervise this account so I made a new account and tried again and got the same error. I have tried multiple methods that I have found and nothing works. I NEED supervision on this account for time limits. Please help!

Parents or guardians have to be invited by a teen to connect to their Meta account. Alternatively, parents can invite their teens to connect on the Family Center. Can you let us know what the error is you are running into? We'll be happy to look into this further!
